- Position Description
We are looking for an energetic upbeat individual to be responsible for overall program development, organization, administration, supervision, marketing, recruitment, and implementation of teen outreach and youth sports programs at the Roxbury Branch. Director will lead department in accordance with the positive youth development model, assess and adjust department policies and procedures to recruit teen participants, encourage and help secure funding for growth, identify and remove obstacles, and maintain quality in youth programs. The right candidate must be a great role model, organized, able to create new programs and assist in grant writing, and have experience working with urban middle and high school age students.
BS/BA preferred. Basic work schedule will be 12-8 pm on four weekdays, and may vary seasonally according to programming, with Saturdays generally required.
