BOSTONavigator is now the place for youth, their parents and other caring adults to locate and learn about out-of-school time program opportunities in the City of Boston. Created through a collaboration between the City of Boston, BOSTnet, and Boston After School & Beyond, BOSTONavigator is an exciting new resource that brings together data from many smaller directories into a single, more complete, integrated and accessible online tool.

The BOSTONavigator includes programs that:

  1. are located in the City of Boston;
  2. provide staff supervision for youth age 5 to 18; and
  3. operate during out-of-school time (including before school, after school, summers, weekends and school vacations).


Your participation in this project will eliminate the need to fill out multiple surveys, increase your marketing outreach and help funders quickly access accurate information about your program.

We encourage you to update information about your program in the BOSTONavigator by October 16th to enter our free raffle and WIN A GIFT CARD! First go to BOSTONavigator.org to see if your organization is listed. Then contact Help@BOSTONavigator.org or call (617) 720-1290 x 210 to get your administrative password.

RAFFLE: We will be holding a drawing for prizes among those organizations that complete and validate all of their program and opportunity data before October 16th.

There is online help, an extensive manual, and phone support standing by at (617) 720-1290 x 210. However if you are unable to access the internet or need hands on training please attend our open computer lab sessions before or after the event. Computers and staff will be available downstairs on BCNC's 4th floor from 8:30 to 9:00 am or from 10:30 to 11:30 am.
