Resources and Information: Participant Tracking
There are numerous data systems and software packages that allow programs to track the enrollment and participation levels of their program participants. Boston Beyond is leading a citywide participation tracking initiative through BOSTONavigator in which programs can upload participation information to a common database with the goal of articulating youth participation trends throughout the city. Providers contributing to this database can continue to use their existing methods of tracking youth participation. The following list provides links to the variety of systems available.
