The Annie E. Casey Foundation: Kids Count Data Book 2011
The Foundation’s annual survey assesses the well-being of our nation’s children across ten indicators. Data is broken down in various ways including look at differences between races or geographic locations. Also, data from all indicators is compiled to complete an overall ranking of child well-being for each state. This year’s report had exciting news, as Massachusetts ranked 3rd overall indicating that it is one of the best state’s in terms of child well-being.
