From Route 95 North, merge onto Route 93 North (Exit 12). Take Exit 20 toward Route 90/ Logan Airport/Worcester/South Station. Take the exit on the left toward South Station/Chinatown. Stay straight to go onto Lincoln St. Turn right onto Essex St. Turn right onto South St.
From the North
From Route 93 South, take Purchase St Ramp at exit 20A. Bear left onto Purchase Street. Turn left onto Essex Street. Turn right onto South Street.
By Public Transportation
Take the Red Line to South Station. Exit onto Atlantic Avenue (by the food court) and walk across Atlantic Avenue to Essex Street. Go one block away from South Station to South Street.

89 South Street is an eight-story brick building at the corner of South and Essex Streets.
Visitors must show a photo ID to security to enter building.
Metered street parking is limited. Parking garages are available locally.
